Meet Our Pastor
Rev. Charlie “CJ” Butler, Jr. is the son of the Late Mr. Charlie Butler, Sr. and Mrs. Rosemounda Peggy Butler. He is married to Janelle Marie Butler and they are the proud parents of two children – Dallas Sebastian and Charlee Lynn. Rev. Butler is also the younger brother of Dr. Dee Dawkins-Haigler. On October 9, 2016, Rev. CJ Butler received his first pastoral appointment as the first pastor of Cedar Creek Community Church. This man of God brings forth the word boldly and with Godly authority through praying, preaching and song throughout South Carolina, as well as other states. He is NOT ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and LOVES proclaiming God ’s goodness to all.
